Do yourself a favor and work with this amazing, smart, driven real estate leader. Beth is amazing. We listed our house with her and bought a house through her. We sold our previous home for over asking with 11 offers using her recommendations. We also bought a house off-market through her extensive network. All of the houses around us were going into massive bidding wars and we slipped in under the radar into our dream home. It felt miraculous - even too easy with Beth.

We relocated to the Philadelphia area in late 2017 from Rochester, New York. The Beth Samberg team (Casey Danecker, Associate) helped us find a townhouse in Chestnut Hill, which was a temporary abode while we adjusted to the area. In the Spring of 2018, we located a new home with the assistance of Casey.
Casey always had our back as a buyers agent. She is a skilled negotiator who helped with the "deal or walk away" phase of the final offer. Through Casey's perseverance, we received several concessions that made our decision that much more favorable. Being I first-time home buyer, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I had a ton of questions and concerns & Brett answered all of them. He was available at all times of day/night and was very responsive to calls, texts, and emails. He listened to me and really understood what I was looking for so we only had to look at a few houses before we put an offer in. He didn't waste my time with anything he knew I wouldn't like & was accommodating with his time as I was living out of the area at the time of my home search. He is very knowledgeable about the entire process, beginning to end, and was able to offer a lot of advice to me. Brett & I went to college together and he has been my friend for over 8 years.
